Job Description
Key Responsibilities Host Duties:
Greet guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Escort guests to tables and provide menus Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area Communicate guest needs and seating flow with servers and managementFood Runner Duties:
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately Ensure proper presentation and correct orders before delivery Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting for new guests Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate with kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standardsGeneral Responsibilities:
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor A key requirement of this position is strict adherence to the company's attendance and punctuality policy Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays as needed Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Riverside County Food Handler's Card throughout employment In accordance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws, we may obtain a consumer report (background check) on you in connection with your employment application.
