About the Role We're looking for a warm, self-motivated individual to join our front-of-house team at Imperial Garden Seafood Restaurant. You'll be the first face our guests see — and we take that seriously. No prior experience necessary; we're happy to train the right person. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner Handle cash and payment transactions accurately Manage dining room flow during service Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff Assist in resolving guest concerns quickly and with care What We're Looking For Bilingual in Cantonese and English (required) Weekend lunch availability is required Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Natural problem-solver who stays composed under pressure Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultures and guests Willing to learn and grow with the team Schedule Part-time, flexible hours Must be available weekends during lunch service Experience No experience required — we will train you
