• We are currently seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team.

As a Host/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by warmly welcoming and assisting customers, managing reservations, and handling transactions efficiently. • Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure timely service
• Provide guests with menus and assist in answering any inquiries they may have
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
