Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing and friendly host/hostess to greet and seat our customers, serve beverages, assist servers in bussing and re-setting tables, cashiering, and in other miscellaneous ways. Must be a team player, a good multi-tasker, keep composure in stressful situations, and take initiative/be proactive in meeting the needs of our customers and co-workers. Candidates must not have visible piercings other than ears (unless removable), visible facial tattoos, or unnatural hair colors please. Saturday and Sunday availability is a must as these are the most important shifts. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Efficiently use the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area. Assist in training new hosts and provide support as needed.
