We're an authentic Japanese Yakiniku (barbecue) restaurant where guests gather around flaming charcoal grills to cook premium meats together it's more than just dining, it's an experience. With over 700 locations in Japan and rapid growth across the U.S., we're building something special.

Role:

We're hiring for multiple positions in our kitchen and front-of-house team:

Cooks:

Prepare ingredients, manage the kitchen prep station, and support the authentic Yakiniku experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and food quality matter.

Hosts/Hostesses:

Greet guests with warmth, manage seating, and set the tone for an amazing dining experience. You'll be the friendly face that makes our restaurant welcoming.

Dishwashers:

Keep our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean equipment and dishes. You'll be an essential part of our operations team.
