Responsibilities Host live streaming sessions on the Whatnot platform, showcasing collectible knives and EDC gear with enthusiasm and professionalism. Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting unique qualities and benefits to viewers. Promote products actively while building rapport with viewers through friendly communication and storytelling. Manage real-time customer interactions by answering questions, handling objections, and encouraging purchases. Collect data during streams to analyze viewer preferences, sales trends, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for upcoming streams or special events. Build lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent in-person-style customer service during live sessions.
