Job Description

We're looking for warm, approachable and dedicated professionals to join our team as host/hostesses. The best candidates have previous experience as hosts/hostesses in an upscale casual restaurant, possess exceptional multi-tasking abilities and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner. Ensure that the front of the house is clean and orderly. Take drink orders from guests at their tables. Deliver orders to guests at their tables. Set tables for service. Respond politely to complaints, requests, and questions from guests and co-workers.,Provide excellent information to wait staff to assist them in furthering their service. Maintain a positive attitude.
