Job Summary This is a position that works weekends and some evenings. In this lively role, you will be the face of delightful tea parties, ensuring every event runs smoothly, safely, and joyfully. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment, making each guest feel special and ensuring their celebration is unforgettable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine event management, customer service, and creative hosting in a dynamic setting. Duties Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through the tea party experience Organize and oversee themed activities, games, and entertainment tailored to different age groups Manage event logistics including setup, decoration, and cleanup to ensure a seamless flow of activities Handle guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues promptly with positive solutions Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems for ticketing or merchandise sales Assist with food service tasks such as serving tea, snacks, and managing dietary accommodations Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage children and adults alike Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively in a lively setting Experience working with children is highly desirable Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Excellent communication skills for guest interaction Previous experience in food service or theater performance is a plus for creating engaging entertainment Join us as a Tea Party Host where your passion for creating joyful moments will shine!
