Host/Cashier Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Take and manage reservations
• Answer phone calls and provide information to callers
• Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
• Assist with bussing and sanitizing tables when needed
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized host/cashier station

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong math skills, including basic math and retail math
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
