Texas T-Bone Steakhouse & Famous Dave's BBQ is Hiring a Host! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host to join our growing team. Texas T-Bone Steakhouse & Famous Dave's BBQ is now under new ownership, as 2nd generation family owners and we are seeing the restaurant thrive! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen understanding of hospitality. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that the flow of service is effective and table bussing is completed. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Operate OpenTable floor chart to ensure an effective flow of service Bus and re-set tables Proof and Bake our famous bread rolls Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate guest relations. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt within the kitchen environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
