Responsibilities:

Ensure every guest experience is special and catered to them Provide customers with beer information, history, and be able to answer customer questions about our brand Greet guests, answer phones, smile! Able to be on your feet for 5-8 hours at a time Able to lift up to 20lbs Great customer service Maintain a clean working environment Ability to multi-task under pressure Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues and scheduling
