Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, working with various reservation systems Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy Assist with special events or large parties as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist with to go orders Benefits Make a great hourly wage
