The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both casual dining environments, with experiene in events and marketing. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food production. Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service. Experience Proven experience as a server or bartender Familiarity with POS systems Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests, staff, and vendors.
