Job Description
Job Summary Looking to hire 1-2 individuals for host/hostess position. Weekends are a MUST , please do not apply if you do not have full weekend availability. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival Answer phones/manage all phone and online takeout orders Handle cash and credit card transactions on POS system Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely seating and smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Handle guest concerns or special requests courteously Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems preferred. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
