Overview Join our vibrant team as a Busser/Host and become the welcoming face of our lively restaurant environment! In this energetic role, you will be the first to greet guests, ensure their experience starts on a positive note, and maintain a clean, organized dining space. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. Duties Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and efficient host service Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Help with basic kitchen or catering setup and breakdown tasks as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and service flow Ensure guest comfort by addressing needs or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred but not required Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Experience with cleaning, bussing, or supporting kitchen operations is a plus Knowledge of the food industry or hotel experience is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable team player with excellent customer service skills Join us and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
