Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about the restaurant Coordinate with the service team to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area Assist with guest inquiries and special requests to enhance their dining experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating versatility in guest interactions Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and hospitality standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy and hospitality make every guest feel valued!
