Host/Hostess Location:

Mystic, CT La Plage Mystic, the upscale waterfront restaurant inside the beautiful Delamar Hotel Mystic, is seeking a warm, professional, and service-focused Host/Hostess to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will create a welcoming first impression for every guest while ensuring smooth dining room operations. Responsibilities Manage, coordinate, and confirm reservations and accommodate walk-in guests Welcome and seat guests throughout the dining room and lounge Deliver exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests Maintain an efficient flow of service by communicating with the management and service teams Support managers with daily administrative and operational projects Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment Excellent communication and guest service skills Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Experience with OpenTable is a plus About La Plage Mystic La Plage Mystic is a waterfront restaurant and oyster bar featuring New England-inspired coastal cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced seafood and shellfish, seasonal produce, sustainable meats, and an innovative beverage program highlighting craft cocktails and American and European wines.
