As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements with efficiency and warmth. Duties Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude to make them feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth seating flow Coordinate with the dining staff to optimize table assignments and minimize wait times Answer guest inquiries politely via phone and in person, providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and well-presented Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction Support team members during busy periods by assisting with basic food service or guest relations tasks as needed Skills Proven experience as a Host or Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for reservation management Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality experience, including guest relations and serving, is highly desirable Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus Join us as a Host and become an essential part of delivering exceptional experiences that keep our guests coming back!
