Job Description

## Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. ## Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests in a courteous manner
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide menus and relay information about specials
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations ## Requirements
  • Prior experience in guest relations, hotel, or restaurant settings preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is a plus
  • Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
