Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. ## Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a courteous manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations ## Requirements
- Prior experience in guest relations, hotel, or restaurant settings preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS is a plus
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
