Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a lively and positive attitude, making them feel instantly welcome Coordinate seating arrangements with team members to ensure smooth service and minimal wait times Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction Support the restaurant team by communicating effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless operations Skills Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations, serving etiquette, and phone etiquette Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully while maintaining a friendly demeanor Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, emphasizing adaptability in diverse hospitality environments Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
