We are a highly rated restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Help train new hosts/hostesses on procedures and best practices in guest relations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding service. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
