We're seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to greet our guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating flow throughout service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a warm, courteous manner Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently Communicate seating needs with servers and management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby Answer phones and assist with takeout orders (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional demeanor and neat appearance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior host/hostess or restaurant experience a plus
