In this lively role, you will create a warm, friendly atmosphere by greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a lively and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate seating arrangements Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times Answer guest inquiries via phone with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, turning any issues into positive interactions Experience Prior host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and guest relations best practices is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with guests and team members Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments.
