Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Day Host. As a key player in guest relations, you will coordinate with the dining team to deliver exceptional service experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Manage all front of the house seating. Answer phone inquiries and take to-go orders. Support food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures during guest interactions Qualifications Customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and etiquette Basic math skills for handling reservations and POS transactions accurately.
