Hospitality & Second Mile Service Host

What You'll Do Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest Assist guests throughout their dining experience with genuine hospitality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, patio and common areas Refresh tables and ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting at all times Deliver refreshment of beverages, assist with guest needs, and anticipate opportunities to serve Support families, children, and guests requiring additional assistance Encourage a positive and uplifting atmosphere within the restaurant Work alongside the Front of House team to ensure operational excellence Represent Chick-fil-A standards through professionalism, care, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Positive and servant-hearted attitude Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Reliability and professionalism Attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Our Team?
