  • Part-time Unique Hospitality and Cultural Opportunities We provide hospitality, entertainment, and cultural atmosphere for a variety of hospitality experiences within our private membership only venue.
Opportunities are available for talented servers who can sing, play an instrument, or bring another special talent to the guest experience; bartenders with strong hospitality skills, including flair bartenders; and culinary professionals who can prepare and present upscale dining experiences for cultural club members. For culinary positions, familiarity with Latin and Puerto Rican flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques is highly valued. Bilingual English and Spanish skills and knowledge of Puerto Rican culture are also a plus. Server and bartender responsibilities include warmly greeting and interacting with guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, maintaining attentive table service, and contributing to a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and their guest. Evening and weekend availability is required. Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance of Clermont, including the Davenport and Winter Garden areas. This is not a one-time event. Applicants must be able to commit for at least three months. Compensation will be discussed with qualified applicants after the interview or audition process.
