Full-Time•Open availability required Pay rate: $20•25 per hour Job Overview LPM Miami is seeking a polished and welcoming Full-Time Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our upscale French-Mediterranean restaurant, you'll ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated efficiently, contributing to a smooth and elegant dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant's booking system Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Coordinate effectively with front•and back-of-house teams Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries about reservations or menus Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Must have open availability , including weekends, evenings, and holidays Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
