Boutique is looking for a confident and energetic TikTok Live Sales Host to join our team in Miami. This role involves hosting live shopping sessions on TikTok, modeling boutique outfits, and directly engaging with viewers to drive sales in real time. You will be the face of

during live streams, helping customers shop, style outfits, and make purchasing decisions instantly.

What You'll Do:

Host TikTok Live try-on sessions in-store Model and showcase boutique outfits Talk through sizing, fit, and styling Engage with viewers through comments and questions Encourage and drive real-time sales during live streams Help create urgency around limited inventory items

What We're Looking For:

Confident on camera and comfortable speaking to viewers Strong communication and people skills Energetic, engaging, and fashionable personality Sales-driven mindset (important — this is a selling role, not just modeling) Reliable and consistent availability

Compensation:

Hourly pay + commission based on live sales performance. Bonus opportunities available for high-performing live sessions.

Important Note:

This is a live sales position. You will be actively selling products on camera during TikTok Live sessions, not just modeling clothing.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
