Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements while maintaining a high level of customer service. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant policies, and services.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Support the restaurant team during busy periods by helping with guest relations and ensuring all needs are met promptly. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus for efficient order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor and positive attitude towards helping others are essential for this role.
