• Job Summary
• Create the first impression that lasts.
• As a Maitre D at Paddlefish, you will welcome guests with grace, coordinate table assignments with precision, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from the very first greeting. You'll lead the front-door experience with elegance, guide guest flow, and work in collaboration with the service team to uphold Levy's gold-standard hospitality.
• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or equivalent +
• Required
• Friday through Sunday Availability + Proficiency in restaurant reservation and seating software (e.g., OpenTable) + ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred + Prior experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings
• Key Responsibilities
• + Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism + Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize flow + Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management + Uphold dress code and presentation standards for host team + Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
