Shift Supervisor Location:

Palm Beach, FL Greens Luncheonette is seeking an experienced, reliable, and personable Host / Shift Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and help ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff and oversee daily service. Create and manage server schedules, including shift coverage and staffing adjustments. Train, support, and supervise servers to maintain high service standards. Operate Toast POS, including payments, refunds, and daily reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Monitor cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. Support the team with hosting, food running, bussing, and other duties as needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant supervisory or shift leadership experience required. Proficiency with Toast POS required. Experience preparing and managing server schedules. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
