Moi Beauty is looking for a confident, engaging, and personable TikTok Live Seller Host to join our growing team. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys being on camera, knows how to hold a conversation, and can turn a live audience into customers. Our TikTok Lives are auction-style bid lives , featuring Moi Beauty makeup and authentic designer fragrances. You'll be interacting with viewers, showcasing products, answering questions, encouraging bids, and creating an entertaining experience that keeps people watching. If you're naturally charismatic on camera, comfortable talking for extended periods, and enjoy the energy of live selling, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Host live auction sales on TikTok Present and demonstrate Moi Beauty makeup and authentic designer fragrances Actively engage with viewers throughout the live Encourage audience participation, questions, and bids Explain product features, benefits, and details Make product recommendations based on customer interests Answer viewer questions in real time Handle objections and help customers make purchasing decisions Create urgency and excitement around products and auctions Recommend products and bundles when appropriate Follow Moi Beauty's live-selling process and guidelines Maintain a fun, energetic, and professional presence throughout each live Help prepare products and the live setup before going on camera Assist with cleanup and organization after lives Learn product information and continuously improve your selling approach Take feedback from management and apply it to future lives Work toward becoming a consistent, regular Moi Beauty live seller We're Looking For Someone Who Is... Engaging. Confident. Energetic. Coachable. Reliable. You don't need to be a professional salesperson when you walk through the door, but you do need to know how to communicate and connect with people. We can teach you our products, our processes, and our selling system. We cannot teach you to have a personality on camera.

Talking to a camera Speaking without constantly relying on a script Keeping a conversation going Entertaining an audience Thinking on your feet Being expressive and personable Talking for extended periods of time Taking initiative during a live Interacting with people you don't know You'll receive assistance during your first few lives as you learn our process, but we expect you to come prepared with a natural ability to engage on camera. What We Value Coachability You will receive feedback. We want someone who can listen to that feedback, understand it, and actually improve. Reliability Punctuality matters. Our lives are scheduled around a team, products, and an audience. Being consistently late or unreliable is not going to work in this role. Preparation Good live selling isn't just showing up and turning on the camera. You should come prepared, know what you're selling, and be ready to engage. Personality You should have your own personality and be comfortable letting it come through on camera. We're not looking for robotic salespeople reading a script. Growth Mindset We want people who are willing to learn, experiment, receive constructive criticism, and get better over time. What We Don't Want This role is not a good fit if you: Are uncomfortable being on camera Struggle to keep conversations going Prefer to simply read from a script Are not open to feedback Are resistant to learning new things Have difficulty taking constructive criticism Are consistently late or unreliable Expect to be told exactly what to say every second of a live Aren't willing to put effort into improving your performance Experience Previous TikTok Live or sales experience is preferred, but not required . We are willing to train the right person on our products and live-selling process. Experience with TikTok, content creation, sales, retail, beauty, fashion, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Dress & Appearance We want you to look like yourself . Our lives have a fun, modern, personality-driven feel, so you are encouraged to dress in a way that reflects your own style. You don't need to dress formally, but you should arrive presentable, put-together, and ready to be on camera. Compensation This is a part-time position . Compensation will begin on an hourly basis during the initial probation/training period. Compensation structure and performance-based opportunities can be discussed as you progress in the role.
