About us Good Gems is a small business in Pensacola, FL. We are innovative, fun, engaging and our goal is to Provide Quality items at reasonable price. This position can potentially lead to the position of Show Host which in turn would lead to greater opportunities and higher pay.

Growth opportunities Fast Paced Exciting On-the-job training Responsibilities- Responsible for creating engaging content and professional product presentations that aim to establish viewer's engagement and interest in following, buying and awareness of products, brands, and platform.
- You will be supported in the area of Live Streaming administration, exposing you to more business opportunities & development.
- You will earn supporting basic pay.
- Plan and create content & script, product presentation and program flow for live streaming.
- Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries and lead the overall flow of the live stream in a brisk and lively mode.
- Work with supporting colleagues to prepare products/ services for live streaming by labelling & learning its' price, availability, quantity, variants, product knowledge and other worth-mentioning details.
- Ensure confirmed orders are packed accordingly for delivery.
- Willing to perform other related duties & coordination work. Requirement
- Experienced in Live Streaming & Selling.
- We will provide training & support for you to learn & grow in skill and sales, then you will be provided with more opportunities and income.
- Experienced and understanding retail, willing to learn new skills, new & different products.
- Ability to plan and create content & script, present product, and lead program flow of live streaming in an interactive manner, brisk & lively mode.
- Confident and presentable, with a good, positive, and likeable attitude.
- Organized, reliable, with good self-management skills.
- Always strive to achieve targets, improve viewers' engagement and experience.
- Willing to work on retail hours, night shift, weekends, public holidays.
- 8 Hours per day, 5 days per week. You will expect to do other related work when not streaming, closely related.
