In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere. Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages and handle guest relations with professionalism will be key to delivering outstanding hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our guest experience, fostering a warm environment that keeps visitors coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations using multi-line phone systems Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Support night audit procedures when required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded for financial reporting Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of guest relations, hotel operations, and resort environments is advantageous Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm Previous experience in night audit or front desk roles is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about hospitality management and eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences!
