As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements using Opentable system. Communicate wait times to guests and ensure they are comfortable while waiting. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Promote a positive dining experience through attentive guest services. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus but not required. A passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
