Duties Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and appreciated Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of guests Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with seating arrangements or waiting areas Answer guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about menu items or wait times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of guest service Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable experience Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality!
