Role:

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive. You will coordinate with the service team to optimize table assignments and accommodate special requests, contributing to smooth restaurant operations. Additionally, you will handle reservations, answer inquiries, and assist with any guest concerns to uphold high standards of customer service. Your role is vital in setting the tone for the dining experience and supporting overall guest satisfaction and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working as a host or hostess in a busy restaurant setting. Familiarity with reservation platforms Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse guest population. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process to ensure an organized flow. Maintain an accurate reservation system and manage waitlists effectively during peak times.
