$15/hour + Commission on Retail and Package Sales About Posh Waxing Posh Waxing is an award-winning luxury waxing studio in Tallahassee, Florida. We are known for providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and helping women feel confident in their skin. We're looking for a Guest Experience & Content Coordinator to help elevate the client experience, support daily operations, drive retail and package sales, and assist with content creation and social media. This is not a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, polished, creative, and excited to help grow a luxury beauty brand. Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet guests and create a warm, luxury experience from arrival to checkout Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries Assist guests with booking, rebooking, appointment changes, and general questions Check guests in and out Help resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Encourage Google reviews and referrals Sales & Client Retention Educate guests on available services, retail products, wax packages, and promotions Confidently recommend and sell wax packages Recommend retail products based on guest needs and provider recommendations Support monthly retail and package sales goals Assist with increasing guest retention through rebooking and package sales Create a seamless checkout experience that encourages repeat visits Content Creation & Marketing Capture photo and video content throughout the day Film behind-the-scenes content, team content, retail content, and client experience content Assist with creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, and social media posts Edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut or similar platforms Research trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team Assist with posting and scheduling content Help maintain a consistent luxury brand presence online Operations & Studio Support Maintain lobby presentation and cleanliness Assist with inventory management and retail displays Monitor treatment room readiness and restocking Complete laundry and light studio tasks Verify opening and closing procedures are completed Support the team with daily operational needs Help ensure studio standards are maintained throughout the day Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Passionate about customer service and hospitality Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing services, retail products, and package options Confident asking for the sale and making recommendations Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable, punctual, and dependable Professional appearance and polished presentation Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera Creative with a strong understanding of social media Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Front desk, receptionist, hospitality, spa, salon, hotel, or luxury retail experience Experience with sales, memberships, packages, or retail products Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools Experience using booking software is a plus What Success Looks Like Guests feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish Phones, texts, and inquiries are responded to promptly Google reviews increase Retail sales increase Wax package sales increase Rebooking rates improve Treatment rooms remain stocked and organized Daily operational tasks are completed consistently Social media content is consistently captured and posted The Posh Waxing brand continues to grow both online and in the Tallahassee community Schedule Approximately 15-25 hours per week.
