Job Overview As a host you are expected to demonstrate genuine hospitality by welcoming guests into our establishment with a smile, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience! You will be expected to be organized and friendly Putting our customers at ease during a wait • Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion Introducing guests to their server Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return Cleaning and sanitizing customer touch points in the restaurant Answering phones, and directing the calls in a prompt and professional manner
