Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Host, Line Assistant, or Expo at Keke's in ! In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your energy, organization, and communication skills will help maintain smooth operations, manage reservations, and coordinate between the front of house and kitchen teams. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a lively and friendly dining environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize table turnover Handle restaurant reservation management using our table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist with food service coordination by communicating guest needs to kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain organized guest flow and waitlist management to enhance guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information about wait times, reservations, and menu items Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness in all front-of-house areas Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for handling guest checks and POS transactions accurately Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow efficiently Knowledge of restaurant safety protocols and food safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Join us at Keke's in where your friendly demeanor and organizational talents will help create memorable dining experiences!
