Host:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service. Manage the host stand and dining room seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction. Handle reservations, waitlists, and accommodate special seating requests efficiently. Coordinate with servers and management to ensure timely seating and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area. Answer guest questions about the menu, wait times, and restaurant policies. Assist with answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing accurate information. Uphold all company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and guest confidentiality. Support team members as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. All job applicants are required to successfully complete an AHCA Level 2 Criminal Background Check.
