We are looking for an experienced host to take our brand to the next level. We frequently hold events and large parties.

Duties:

• Welcome guests and explain the experience of the store
• Seat guests and manage wait time flow
• Take reservations and track arrivals
• Check on customers and take orders through upselling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
• Build supplies for wholesale gift box orders

Requirements:

• Availability Thursday night through Sunday night, including mornings and holidays.
• Prior experience in hosting in fine dining or cafe environments

Soft Skills:

Conflict resolution, time management, customer service, strategic upselling, teamwork

• Ability to move heavy tables and furniture

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
