Our newest facilities blend three distinct areas - a polished-casual restaurant, a farm-to-glass full-service bar, and our world-class luxury theater auditoriums - into a one-of-a-kind experience. About Serena Pastificio is putting the art of scratch-made dishes on display by inviting you into our kitchen. Visible to our guests, our pasta making station gives guests a closer look at the handcrafted commitment to quality. Blending old-school Italian flavors with new-school techniques, Serena Pastificio focuses on the freshest ingredients and simple recipes to offer flavorful dishes rooted in tradition. The same care and attention put into each recipe is also used in crafting seasonal Italian cocktails and a carefully curated wine list to be enjoyed on its own or expertly paired with a dish.
Service Assistant Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Assistant is preferred or a minimum of 6 months experience in food service/hospitality. Previous point of sale system experience is recommended. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to create memorable guest connection with our food and beverages. Gain mastery of the menu and be enthusiastic about our offering. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service. Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, and shifts from morning through late night. Position will require frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Host/Hostess Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Minimum of 1 year of food service or customer service experience. Experience with point-of-sale systems, OpenTable, and reservation management is highly recommended. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure. Capable of managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring seamless guest flow during busy service times. Experience in anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional hospitality. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to ensure the highest level of service. Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Knowledge of the restaurant's menu, wines, and signature cocktails to assist guests with dining decisions and provide recommendations when needed. Ability to uphold a professional demeanor, appearance, and communication style in alignment with the restaurant's luxury standards. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems in a fast-evolving environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
