The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and reservations Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Uphold cleanliness and organization of the hostess/host area Handle guest relations with a focus on delivering outstanding service Experience Previous Hostess/Host experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant or hotel setting Background in food service or hospitality is advantageous Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are essential Ability to manage guest relations effectively, ensuring a pleasant dining experience Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while being part of a supportive team that values your contributions!
