Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Maintain accurate seating charts and monitor table turnover Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods Previous customer service experience preferred (but not always required)
