Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, outgoing, and coachable Studio Assistant & Live Show Host to join our small team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, customer interaction, and being on camera while also helping behind the scenes with daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, has a positive personality, and is comfortable learning new skills. This position includes both behind-the-scenes operational work and on-camera live show hosting. Please apply only if you are comfortable with both aspects of the role or excited to learn. Responsibilities Studio Operations Process and organize new inventory (tagging, numbering, hanging) Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Print shipping labels Maintain organization throughout the studio Prepare merchandise before live shows Assist with light studio upkeep and organization Complete additional operational tasks as needed Live Show Hosting Learn to host live shopping shows on Facebook Present clothing confidently and professionally on camera Build customer engagement during live shows Learn our sales process and customer interaction style Cover live shows during scheduled absences and travel No previous live selling experience is required. We provide training for the right person. Schedule Approximately 20-25 hours per week, schedule will fluxuate normally a 4 hour shift, with being on camera for 90 minutes during that shift), a sample schedule below
