Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Member/Party Host to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and enforce all park rules in a personable and professional manner
• Interact with guests to ensure a fun and engaging party experience
• Manage party activities, games, and entertainment
• Checking guests in and out of the facility
• Provide exceptional guest services and address any concerns or conflicts that may arise
• Oversee food service and ensure guests' needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout the event

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous experience working with children is preferred
• Strong background in guest services and events management
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food service procedures
