Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service from the moment they walk in Assist guests with seating arrangements and answer any questions about the breakfast menu or restaurant offerings Ensure tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset for new guests to maintain a smooth flow of service Support food preparation and presentation, including setting up buffet stations or assisting with plating when needed Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the breakfast service area Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver seamless service during busy morning hours Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience that encourages repeat visits Experience Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong background in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction Familiarity with food handling, food safety protocols, and dietary considerations within the food industry Experience in banquet service or catering settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food presentation and guest interaction Barista experience or knowledge of beverage preparation enhances your ability to serve a complete breakfast experience Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism A genuine passion for hospitality and creating welcoming atmospheres that make guests feel valued
