This energetic role combines hospitality, customer service, and promotional activities to enhance the lively atmosphere of our venue. You will be a key ambassador, ensuring guests feel welcomed and excited to return while supporting the overall success of our establishment. A passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests with enthusiasm, providing a warm and friendly welcome to foster a lively and inviting atmosphere Promote special events, menu items, and upcoming promotions to maximize sales opportunities through upselling techniques Engage with guests in a fun and professional manner, encouraging repeat visits and positive guest relations Assist with food and beverage service when needed, including bussing tables and supporting food presentation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and venue policies Support the management team in event setups, promotional activities, and guest engagement initiatives Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and basic math calculations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or nightclub environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor are key Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally Knowledge of POS systems is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling tasks Experience with upselling, guest relations, and promoting specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures is desirable Open availability for evening, weekend, and night shifts; previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous Join us in creating an exciting environment where hospitality meets entertainment!
