In this role you will:

Greeting and seat residents and guests as they arrive Manager reservations and organize seating plans to balance server workload Provide updates to customers on wait times and ensure Assist with providing work direction to Dining Associates (servers) To be successful you need: 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience Good communication skills, both verbal and written Good organization and A passion and drive to provide exceptional service Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.
